Today we spent time with Young Dreamers on the Westside of San Bernardino who share the same upbringing as our CEO did growing up. The Dream Boards they created were 🔥🔥🔥.

My message to the Young Dreamers was that your Journey isn’t written no matter what “box” people try to put you in. The Journey is experienced.. Don’t worry about doing what somebody else did. We champion our own story’s & Keep Dreaming while doing so 💯.

These Ballers are apart of the Junior Black Achievers program that Dreams Training Facility is partnered with under the District leadership of the great Marcus Funchess. I’ve learned that Desert Hot Springs is a city that may be under resourced & underserved. But these students have BIG DREAMS. We must be intentional about pouring into them!

I launched my business in December 2024. I’m proud to say I landed my first contract through Dreams March 2025! This was a break thru for me. Like all I had was FAITH when I started Dreams. No capital saved, no pending opportunities lined up, no investors. Like I literally found God through my business. I Have an unwavering amount of confidence in this Dream. Every no, every unanswered email, every phone call & every text that went unanswered. Every meeting that didn’t go the way I expected it too. It All built the foundation for this win right here 💯. Every no brings you one step closer to your next YES!

For years people told me I should start my own business but I couldn’t listen because I had gotten the calling from God. God called & told me to Dream BIG. This is a small win but listen. It’s more Winnings out there 😈. I’ll continue to share this story in hopes to inspire you to write yours ✍🏿

Since my time as a student at San Bernardino Valley College, I’ve been deeply passionate about pouring back into our young people. Growing up in an underserved community, I saw firsthand the challenges our youth face—the lack of resources, guidance, and opportunities to dream big.

This passion has driven every step of my career, from leading the Boys to Men training program to presenting at over 80 schools and coaching football at SBVC. Through these experiences, I’ve seen the transformational power of mentorship, discipline, and community support.

Not new to this. We true to this 🙏🏿.
